Main Uses: Birthday and anniversary parties, corporate meetings, reunions,
rehearsal dinners. The Sunset Pavilion is unavailable during Ladoga Ridge
Winery special events and from November to March. Please contact Diane our
Event/Rental Manager to discuss pricing and availability.

Ladoga Ridge Winery is an all adult venue. Guests under the age of 21 (including
infants and toddlers) are welcome to your special event during specific rental periods.
Minors may be asked to remain solely in the rented space during your special event
except to use restrooms during regular business hours. FYI: A pond is present on the
The Sunset Pavilion can hold up to 100 guests. The cost is $400.00 + tax for a 3 hour
period for 50 or fewer or $500.00 for 50-100 people. A rental deposit of $100.00+ tax
must be paid in advance to hold the date and is not refundable if cancelled. The
remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the date of use. Renters are allowed 1 hour
prior to the 3 hour period to setup.
Rental fees & deposits are payable by cash, check, money order or credit card. All major
credit cards are accepted. A valid credit card number must be provided upon the
signing of the rental agreement to cover any additional rental fees that may incur.
Your rental is for a 3 hour period. Additional charges of $50.00 per 15 minutes will
apply to your bill if the rental space is not completely vacated by the end of your
*Decorations and Entertainment
The Sunset Pavilion decorating is limited to tabletops. There are 14 tables in the
pavilion. Another 3 tables are optional. They are 48” in diameter. Each table holds 6
chairs. Only Ladoga Ridge Winery staff is allowed to move furniture. Tablecloths and
centerpieces are allowed. Only battery operated candles are allowed. No confetti or
similar substances are allowed.
All outside entertainment must be approved by Ladoga Ridge Winery.
Outdoor restrooms including handicap accessible are located near the Sunset Pavilion.
*Smoking on the Premises
Smoking, including E-Cigarettes, is prohibited in the Sunset Pavilion. Smoking is
permitted outside only. Please do not smoke near entrances and exits. We ask that you
are courteous to other guests. Please use receptacles that have been provided.
*Heat, cooling and lighting
The Sunset Pavilion can be heated if needed. There are 6 speed fans that can assist
with cooling, however, the pavilion is not air conditioned. The pavilion strip lights and
fan lights will be turned on as warranted. Please ask management to adjust lights and
settings as needed.
All food must be approved by Ladoga Ridge Winery. You may hire a licensed caterer of
your choice or we can recommend one for you. Food trays can be purchased in advance
from HyVee, Costco, or Price Chopper and delivered to our winery. We can store the
trays for you until you are ready to serve your guests. Our insurance will not allow us
to reheat food. You are responsible for all table coverings, plates, cups, napkins,
condiments, serving tools, etc.
There are 2 – 8 ft. rectangular tables available for you to place your food. The renter is
responsible for all linens.
*Alcohol Service and Other Drinks
We are a manufacturer of alcohol. Missouri State law does not allow alcohol to be
brought in from another source at our establishment. All alcohol must be purchased
from Ladoga Ridge Winery. We will provide ice tea or water in a glass container at
no charge for your guests. Two staff members will be present to ring out customers for
alcohol in the pavilion. We offer a nice variety of wines ranging from dry to sweet as
well as wine slushies. Wine may be purchased by the glass or by the bottle. We will
provide wine glasses for your guests. Bottled water, sodas, beer (Bud Light, Coors
Light, Boulevard Wheat, and Dunkel), are also available for purchase.
We can keep a tab with a driver’s license and seal any unfinished bottles to take home
for the host or also available to purchase to take home. Just let your server know!

Ice is available upon request at no charge.
We ID and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
You or your caterer is responsible for cleaning up at the end of the rental period.
Tables must be cleared; trash must be collected. Trash bags will be provided by Ladoga
The prep kitchen must be cleaned and left in order if utilized.
The staff will clean all remaining areas including wine glasses, tabletops, floor, etc.
