It is our pleasure to host you and your guests at our winery!

The following rental options are available at Ladoga Ridge Winery.  
Option 1:    Front Garden Patio (20 people)
Option 2:    Large Gazebo (20)
Option 3:    Tasting Room (24)
Option 4:    Hearth Room (85)
Option 5:    Sunset Pavilion (100)

 

  • Adult Venue 

Ladoga Ridge Winery is an all adult venue.  Minors (under the age of 21, infants and toddlers included) are allowed to participate in rentals of The Tasting Room, The Hearth Room and The Sunset Pavilion during specific rental periods.

  • Alcohol

Missouri State laws allow only alcohol purchased from Ladoga Ridge Winery to be on the premises. It will be considered a breach of contract if alcohol from another source is found and your party will be asked to leave.  In accordance with Missouri State law, we will not serve any guest who in our sole judgment appears to be intoxicated, nor will we allow any alcohol to be served to a minor at any time. We ID!

  • Smoking on the Premises

All interior buildings including the Sunset Pavilion are smoke free.  E-cigarettes are not allowed in these areas as well.  Smoking is permitted outside only.  Please do not smoke near entrances and exits.  We ask that you are courteous to other guests. Please use receptacles that have been provided.

 

Option 1:  Front Garden Patio

 

Main Uses:  Bridal Showers and birthday parties
 

Availability:  The Front Garden Patio may be rented during normal business hours during the months of May - October.  

The Garden Patio is not available to rent during special events.  Please contact Lynn our Event/Rental Manager to answer additional questions pricing or availability. Lmcullen95@gmail.com

Ladoga Ridge Winery is an all adult venue.  All guests must be 21 and older (this includes infants and toddlers).  

The cost is $50.00 + tax for a 3 hour period.  Renters may set up 30 minutes prior to the event.  

The rental includes tables and chairs for up to 20 people, and a 6 foot food table.  

 

Please call ahead for seating arrangements, table sizes, etc.
There is a view of the vineyards and a working fountain during the warmer months.  The rental fee must be paid in advance to book and is not refundable if cancelled.  The date may be rescheduled one time due to inclement weather or any unforeseen reason.  Renters may set up 30 minutes prior to their scheduled rental time.  Cleanup must be complete by the end of the 3rd rented hour. You are welcome to bring your own food.  Please bring coolers to keep your food chilled as needed.  

Ladoga Ridge Winery is unable to reheat food items.  Decorations are limited to tablecloths, centerpieces and a banner.  

All plates, cups, napkins, condiments, serving tools, etc. are the responsibility of the renter. 
 

All alcohol must be purchased from Ladoga Ridge Winery.  The host may purchase bottles in advance for their guests or guests may enter the tasting room for a wine tasting and then choose their own bottle or glass of wine.  You may also choose to host the function and put all the drinks on your tab. We can keep the tab with a driver’s license and seal any unfinished bottles to take home for you or any of your guests. Besides our current wine list we also will have available wine slushies, and a variety of beers. Bottled water and sodas are also available for purchase.  You are welcome to bring your own bottled water for your guests.  Ice buckets and ice will be provided to chill your favorite bottles of wine. We ID and refuse the right to refuse service to anyone!

We will provide wine glasses for you and your guests to enjoy your favorite wine during your stay.  Logo glasses make great gifts and are also available for purchase at$2.00 each.

 

Option 2: Large Gazebo

 

Main Uses:  Birthday parties, anniversary parties, bridal showers, business meetings.

 

Availability:  The Gazebo may be rented during normal business hours during the months of May-October.  The large gazebo is not available to rent during special events.  Please contact Lynn our Event/Rental Manager to answer additional questions, pricing or availability. Lmcullen95@gmail.com

A separate 6 or 8 ft. table will be provided upon request for food or gift items.  You are welcome to bring your own food.  Please bring coolers to keep your food chilled as needed.  Ladoga Ridge Winery is unable to reheat any food items.  Because the gazebo has 2 ceiling fans, we request all balloons or decorations be tied to the railing.  Table coverings, plates, cups, napkins, condiments, serving tools, etc. are the responsibility of the renter.  Absolutely no confetti or similar decorations may be used.  Please call ahead for seating arrangements, table sizes, etc.

Option 3: The Tasting Room

 

Main Uses:  Bridal Showers, birthday parties, Meetings

 

Availability:  The Tasting Room is availability is determined by use, date and time.  It is not available to rent during special events. Please contact Lynn our Event/Rental Manager to discuss pricing and availability or to ask additional questions. The Tasting Room is available for rent various times and days for a 3-hour period.  Set-up times vary according to the rental time. Price includes indoor seating for up to 24 guests. 
 

*Minors 
Although Ladoga Ridge Winery is an all adult venue, those under 21 are allowed to participate in specific rentals of the tasting room.  For their safety, we ask that they be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.  FYI:  Vineyard hazards including a pond are present on the property.

 

*Deposits and Fees
An initial $100.00 + tax, non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date requested.
The remaining balance of $200.00 + tax is required one week prior to the date of use.
There is not a minimum for wine sales.
Rental fees & deposits are payable by cash, check, money order or credit card.  All major credit cards are accepted.   A valid credit card number must be provided upon signing of the rental agreement to cover any additional fees that may incur. 

 

*Additional Charges
Additional charges of $50.00 per 15 minutes will apply to guest’s bill if the rental space is not completely vacated at the end of their rental period.  

 

*Tasting Room Seating
The Tasting Room has seating for approximately 24 people.  There are 4 rectangular tables with 4 counter height bar stools with backs plus two additional bar stools on each end of the tables.  There are two restrooms, one is handicap accessible.  

*Food Service 
We will provide up to 2 six foot tables in our entry for food.  A small table is also available for desserts as well.  Ladoga Ridge Winery will store your food trays and set them out as requested for your special event.  All tablecloths, plates, cups, plastic ware, serving tools, condiments, etc., will be the responsibility of the renter.  All food must be approved by the winery.  

 

*Alcohol Service & Other Drinks
Iced Tea or water in a large glass container is offered at no extra charge.  Ice, sugar and Splenda will be provided as needed. Coffee is available upon request in advance.  Other drinks including sodas are available for purchase in the Tasting Room cooler. Outside alcohol is prohibited.  Ladoga Ridge Winery will provide bar staff to serve our wine and beer (currently 5 to choose from) to your guests.  We sell wine by the glass or bottle.  Our wine list includes 10-15 wines from dry to sweet, wine slushies during the warmer months and mulled wine during the cooler ones.  Tastings are available for $5.00 (5 - ½ oz samples).  Tabs are accepted by the host or guests during the event.  
Bottles may be purchased to take home as well.  We can seal any unfinished bottle for take home purposes.
We ID and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!

 

*Decorations and Entertainment
The Tasting Room decorating is limited to tabletops only.  Tablecloths and centerpieces are allowed.  Banners may be taped to the bar.  Please check with staff for special considerations.  Only battery operated candles are allowed.  No confetti or similar substances are allowed.

 

*Cleanup
You or your caterer is responsible for cleaning up the food area at the end of the rental period.
You are responsible for cleaning up any decorating items, centerpieces, tablecloths, or other items you may have brought with you.
The staff will clean all remaining areas including wine glasses, tabletops, floor, etc. and empty trash as needed.

 

*Smoking on the Premises
Smoking is not allowed in the Tasting Room. E-cigarettes are not allowed as well.  Smoking is permitted outside only.  Please do not smoke near entrances and exits.  We ask that you are courteous to other guests. Please use receptacles that have been provided.

Option 4: The Hearth Room

 

Main Uses:  Bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, intimate weddings (50 or fewer), second marriages, wedding renewals, reunions, corporate meetings, birthday, anniversary and Christmas parties, etc.   Please contact Lynn our Event/Rental Manager to discuss pricing and availability. lmcullen95@gmail.com  Pricing will vary according to dates, times and rental purpose.  Lynn will be happy to assist you in booking your special event!

 

The Hearth Room is available for rent throughout the year with the exception of all Ladoga Ridge Winery special events and during the period the winery is closed for winter break.
 

*Minors 
Although Ladoga Ridge Winery is an all adult venue, those under 21 are allowed to participate in rentals of the Hearth Room.  For their safety, we ask that they be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.  Minors are restricted to the Hearth Room only. FYI:  Vineyard hazards including a pond are present on the property.

 

*Deposits and Fees

The Hearth Room has seating for approximately 85 people.  There are 3 bar height tables with 2 chairs, 6 bar height tables, 3 with 4 chairs and 3 with 6 chairs, 12 table height chairs with tables.  Furniture may be moved by staff only.  An additional charge may apply.
The Hearth Room has a beautiful stone fireplace that is available during certain seasons as well as heating and air conditioning units.
The room also includes a 75” smart TV for background music, etc.

 

*Smoking on the Premises
Smoking, including E-Cigarettes, is prohibited in the Hearth Room. Smoking is permitted outside only.  Please do not smoke near entrances and exits.  We ask that you are courteous to other guests. Please use receptacles that have been provided.

*Restrooms
Mens and Ladies restrooms are available in The Hearth Room.  A handicap accessible restroom is located in the adjacent Tasting Room area.

 

*Food Service 
The Hearth Room includes a 9x17 ft. room that serves as an area to serve food. The room includes a handwashing sink. An adjacent room houses a large cooler to store chilled items including food trays.  Large group gatherings must have an approved caterer.  All tablecloths, plates, cups, plastic ware, serving tools, condiments, etc., will be the responsibility of the renter.  Ladoga Ridge Winery does not provide servers for your meals.

 

*Alcohol Service & Other Drinks

*Cleanup

You are responsible for cleaning up any decorating items, centerpieces, tablecloths, or other items you may have brought with you.
The staff will clean all remaining areas including wine glasses, tabletops, floor, etc.

 

Option 5: The Sunset Pavilion

 

Main Uses:  Birthday and anniversary parties, corporate meetings, reunions, rehearsal dinners.  The Sunset Pavilion is unavailable during Ladoga Ridge Winery special events and from November to March.  Please contact Lynn our Event/Rental Manager to discuss pricing and availability. lmcullen95@gmail.com  Lynn will be happy to assist you in booking your special event! 

 

*Adult Venue
Ladoga Ridge Winery is an all adult venue.  Guests under the age of 21 (including infants and toddlers) are welcome to your special event during specific rental periods.  Minors may be asked to remain solely in the rented space during your special event except to use restrooms during regular business hours.  FYI: A pond is present on the property.

 

*Rental Fees
The Sunset Pavilion can hold up to 100 guests.  The cost is $400.00 + tax for a 3 hour period for 50 or fewer or $500.00 for 50-100 people.  A rental deposit of $100.00+ tax must be paid in advance to hold the date and is not refundable if cancelled. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the date of use.  Renters are allowed 1 hour prior to the 3 hour period to setup.
Rental fees & deposits are payable by cash, check, money order or credit card.  All major credit cards are accepted.   A valid credit card number must be provided upon the signing of the rental agreement to cover any additional rental fees that may incur. 

 

*Additional Charges
Your rental is for a 3 hour period.  Additional charges of $50.00 per 15 minutes will apply to your bill if the rental space is not completely vacated by the end of your contract time. 

 

*Decorations and Entertainment
The Sunset Pavilion decorating is limited to tabletops.  There are 14 tables in the pavilion.  Another 3 tables are optional.  They are 48” in diameter.  Each table holds 6 chairs.  Only Ladoga Ridge Winery staff is allowed to move furniture. Tablecloths and centerpieces are allowed.  Only battery operated candles are allowed.  No confetti or similar substances are allowed.
All outside entertainment must be approved by Ladoga Ridge Winery.

 

*Restrooms
Outdoor restrooms including handicap accessible are located near the Sunset Pavilion.

 

*Smoking on the Premises
Smoking, including E-Cigarettes, is prohibited in the Sunset Pavilion. Smoking is permitted outside only.  Please do not smoke near entrances and exits.  We ask that you are courteous to other guests. Please use receptacles that have been provided.

 

*Heat, cooling and lighting
The Sunset Pavilion can be heated if needed.  There are 6 speed fans that can assist with cooling, however, the pavilion is not air conditioned.  The pavilion strip lights and fan lights will be turned on as warranted.  Please ask management to adjust lights and settings as needed.

 

*Food
All food must be approved by Ladoga Ridge Winery.  You may hire a licensed caterer of your choice or we can recommend one for you.   Food trays can be purchased in advance from HyVee, Costco, or Price Chopper and delivered to our winery.  We can store the trays for you until you are ready to serve your guests.  Our insurance will not allow us to reheat food.  You are responsible for all table coverings, plates, cups, napkins, condiments, serving tools, etc.
There are 2 – 8 ft. rectangular tables available for you to place your food.  The renter is responsible for all linens.

 

*Alcohol Service and Other Drinks
We are a manufacturer of alcohol. Missouri State law does not allow alcohol to be brought in from another source at our establishment.  All alcohol must be purchased from Ladoga Ridge Winery. We will provide ice tea or water in a glass container at no charge for your guests. Two staff members will be present to ring out customers for alcohol in the pavilion.  We offer a nice variety of wines ranging from dry to sweet as well as wine slushies.  Wine may be purchased by the glass or by the bottle.  We will provide wine glasses for your guests.  Bottled water, sodas, beer (Bud Light, Coors Light, Boulevard Wheat, and Dunkel), are also available for purchase.  We can keep a tab with a driver’s license and seal any unfinished bottles to take home for the host or guests.  Bottles of wine are also available to purchase to take home. Just let your server know!  Discounts may apply on quantity purchases. 
Ice is available upon request at no charge.
We ID and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!

 

*Cleanup
You or your caterer is responsible for cleaning up at the end of the rental period.
Tables must be cleared; trash must be collected.  Trash bags will be provided by Ladoga Ridge Winery.
The prep kitchen must be cleaned and left in order if utilized.
The staff will clean all remaining areas including wine glasses, tabletops, floor, etc.
